Migrated 100K+ pages onto one headless travel platform

Moved a sprawl of legacy destination sites onto a single headless Next.js platform — faster, searchable, and easy for non-engineers to run.

The challenge

A destination-marketing portfolio lived across Drupal, Joomla, and proprietary CMSs — slow to load, painful to maintain, and steadily bleeding SEO. Editors couldn't publish anything without pulling in a developer.

What we did

We led 10+ CMS migrations with Python ETL scripts that preserved content relationships and SEO metadata across 100K+ pages, then rebuilt the front end as a headless Next.js architecture. Embedded Leaflet.js map experiences handled search, filtering, and booking integrations for visitors.

The outcome

Sites reached 95+ PageSpeed scores, the SEO equity survived the move intact, and the marketing team could finally publish on its own — no engineering ticket required.
