The challenge
A multi-tenant SaaS needed to bill hundreds of organizations reliably — recurring plans, usage metering, and failed-payment recovery — without every tenant's edge cases turning into a support fire or a revenue leak.
What we did
We built the billing system around Stripe with clean subscription, metering, and dunning logic, isolated each tenant's data and configuration, and put session and caching layers in front of it so the platform held up for 100K+ concurrent users during peak events.
The outcome
The platform processed more than $1M in monthly recurring revenue across 200+ organizations, billing reconciled cleanly, and a rebuilt setup flow cut new-tenant onboarding time by about 70%.
